Singapore should treat its people better in terms of employment also as it is an Asian country.
We are not like America or Canada doing their caucasian styles of hiring and firing and whereby the people will desert their families when they grow up.
Asian values still mean our society must remain intact no matter what. We help because of blood. Asians are always thought to return home to help their papas and mamas. Caucasians are not.
So stop helping the foreigners more than the citizens in finding jobs. Stop believing in this meritocratic values of finding people in jobs regardless of citizenship. Or else more Singaporeans will desert and migrate elsewhere in search of greener pastures. Then offsprings of Singaporeans in generations later won't be defending Singapore anymore. There will be a complete erosion of Singaporean identity.
