  this has gone through so many versions since the Internet became available to the general public....
  
  died in my first PC HDD was the very first edition...
  
  actually, not much new inside, just a consolidation of stuff generally known to a lot of people... like how to make explosives out of household chemicals and fertilisers... stuff like that

  13. Paint Bombs by The Jolly Roger
  
  To make a paint bomb you simply need a metal paint can with a refastenable lid, a nice bright color paint (green, pink, purple, or some gross color is perfect!), and a quantity of dry ice. Place the paint in the can and then drop the dry ice in. Quickly place the top on and then run like hell! With some testing you can time this to a science. It depends on the ratio of dry ice to paint to the size of the can to how full it is. If you are really pissed off at someone, you could place it on their doorstep, knock on the door, and then run!! Paint will fly all over the place!!

  these "bombs" work the same way as popping a blown up plastic bag...
  
  air pressure gets too much for the container and the container explodes...
  
  ask any physics student with half an imagination, he'll figure these things out... besides, i made my first dry ice bomb when i was very young... without any knowledge of physics or this cookbook...
  
  oh, besides, ratty isn't showing us the really dangerous stuff in the cookbook... and information of those things you can get easily on the internet by just doing a search

  BTW, walk into any library, you'll have enough information in there to make anything from unstable low explosives to devastating but stable high explosives...
  
  also, they'll tell you how to make a fission bomb (aka Atomic Bomb) and all the theory behind it...
