headach!!!!

  i m having a terrible terrible headach rite now.had it since early noon.i told it wud go away but it didnt!its not like a total headach,jux 2 points at the back of the head that hurts like hell....the pain is actually pretty acute!!!think it would actually kill me if i m not strong enuff...cant even turn my neck to the sides without falling like a brick wall is crumbling in my skull.....feel that the smell of pain is oozing outta my ears....my eyelids are twitching as well,i think its all becos of the pain....
  listening to some songs on my PC,i thot i'd turn it off,cos its bad for me pain.the moment its all quiet and silent,the pain got worse!!!its like the silence is deafening!!!the silence was crushing my head in even more than the noise was!!!

  good idea,but i wont....do not think they will gimme some meds that i cannot get myself....i mean wat thy gonna gimme for headach???panadols or s'thing sama sama,so no point rite....thanks for the advice tho'.
