for this , its not the basketball player problem already , this one u must go request for one , how? don't know maybe u can go check out urself , since soccer players wan to have more soccer court but not using any effort. Arhhh Soccer....Reminds me and my friend used to play at basketball court, get caught by police, then shift to void deck. My friend accidentally smash the ceiling light and we shift to the grass patch near the a chinese temple. And we end up hitting the lamps for one in the temple. The guys in the guys temple was so mad that he threaten to confiscate our ball. Those were the days but we still prefer to play soccer on the basketball court. And no, we dun ram at ppl to scare them away, we just pass the ball in a very fast speed

regarding the no soccer sign, it shows no black people playing soccer with a black ball. heh, ok joke aside, the sign is just making it playing soccer on a bball court 'illegal' or not, so its a matter of legal or not legal.
and the water polo thing. think about water polo and playing bball on a street soccer court. hope you get it this time, can't help it if you can't imagine. -
