A spotting of mine at Teban Garden
Wow..a Renault truck..nice!
trucks in this photo are the Nissan Cabstar (GP742A) & the Daihatsu (YK4646G)..
here's a brief decription of a minor incident that happened to the white Daihatsu lorry on the 27th July 2009 at about 1830hrs..
the field was super wet after a heavy downpour earlier & after the crew of the white Daihatsu lorry had finished their work of erecting the blue signboard, the driver wanted to drove off when its wheels got stuck (refer to the marks on the field)..no matter how hard the driver tried, the wheels sank deeper into the soggy field..
few mins later, the Nissan Cabstar lorry arrived, one of the crew members tied a tow rope on the rear of the Cabstar which was attached to the front of the Daihatsu lorry in which to try to pull the Daihatsu lorry out but no luck..
in the end, the crew assisted the help of some workers whom were doing roadworks nearby & "borrowed" their excavator in which the Daihatsu lorry was finally "rescued"..
There is no dedicated crane of lifting device forum here, so I guess these photos come into this place too... Its great to know this forum, other than buses and trains, trucks and cranes are also focus of my interest and research...
