i still got fined $200 after appeal to MP($400)15 yrs ago!cos loading/unloading lot full of car at midnight n i drive lorry nid to unload 2 set sofa n many heavy items ALONE.So i just park at the side near the lift!No Chioce..really broke,no $,new house,new baby born,wife no CPF..So after work...Diy painting..this n that!

Think I will take the following steps after I received the official summon from the letterbox.
1. Ask comfort to appeal again on my behalf
2. If above fail or unsuccessful, find MP to appeal again.
If all the above fails, anyone can recommend any last resort to appeal?

If you got any good reasons to support your claim other than your 1st time appeal to get a summon, maybe you can go to this website to write to the transport minister. The last time I wrote to health minister thru his official email and he got the job done within a day. I ask him to transfer my thick medical history of 33yrs from KKWCH to TTSH in 27.10.2009 due to not being able to admit to A&E KKWCH after 18 yr old if i got problem, therefore going to TTSH without my medical history is another problem too. You can try, but your appeal must be logic and reverent too. My advice is next time put up a double signal light or together with you engine on if you go find toilet. $100 is too good for them to take away from you, we try to use toilet at nearby petrol stations, we have about 200 petrol stations around the island. -
my LV colleague kena a parking fine from LTA at 5th Ave , he think here think there , still dun remember he ever parked his vehicle at 5th Ave , he damn buay song , got TransCab to provide him a GPS location data , to prove his taxi number at that date and time , was at somewhere else .
Indeed , GPS datas provided show that his vehicle at that point was at Amber Gardens .
He later bring that report to LTA : " Hello , u all very hungry , anyhow give summon ? U think i stupid lan lan pay ? "
LTA kena fucked and lan lan .
What i am saying here , if u want something to back you up , taxi company can provide support like GPS location for you .

yah man i ever went down to cisco n F their ppl up....... i even brought down my
season parking ticket frm HDB to show them...... knn kenna fine 2 times in 1 week
even with season parking....... they told me over hp tat i can go down HDB write in
n appeal...... i said im not goin to do that then they told me LL u hav to pay lor......
next time i go down their office throw the season parking into the cisco officer
face at their office they say sorry sorry we settle for u asap.........
though i could hav emailed hdb bout it to get it solved without the hassle but i buey
song the way they do tins ..............

in future , if forgotten , dun jam brake ...... just let go .Take down the time and date .
And wait for LTA letter .
And appeal later , saying forgotten to insert the card with sufficient amount , not in time to perform a change and not safe to jam brake and change , say u no intention to cheat , and remind them it is stupid to cheat ERP cos cannot escape , tell him your safety reasons .
They will understand and need to pay only the ERP charge that day .
That's for first timer , second time also can appeal , but less chance .
Unless u poolman , uncle me second time also they lenient one , myst appeal strongly again .
