Vienna International Buffet / Carousel

Anybody tried both???
Me want to treat my GF either Vienna International Buffet or Carousel
Which 1 is better in terms of food quality?
Vienna always alot people seems like nice, read from blogs Carousel not bad also...
Anyone? -
I think carousel better, they got some hokkaido buffet going on, only 52 bucks per pax, cheap.

Carousel....... I think it's way over-rated and I won't go back again.
But there are some people who had very good experience with Carousel

here's the long and short of Vienna the last time i went there (which was a long time ago)
they have very very fresh ingredients which is ruined by cooks who don't give a shit or don't know how to cook...
they have too few staff who don't seem to care much and those who care are overworked...
they tried to cram as many people in as possible so much so that you can barely get into your seat when someone else in the other table is seated.. both seated, you have no clearance between your body and the table...

to eat in Vienna, u gotta be very skinny (whole place damn crammed)
and able to put up with chinese servers
and have to constantly monitor the buffet line to check when they deliver a new dish or top up a dish because the other pax there (also a lotta chinese) are damn good at snapping up the "asspensive stuff" -
looks like Vienna has become like Pariss

Vienne used to be hotel-standard intl buffet at neighbourhood price
but they have raised their price quite a few times....
for the same price, might as well got o hotel..... -

Seems like both not really good ah..
And Yes, i realised Vienna always alot of people, heard from friend not bad thts why want to try...
Then got other recommendations?...
I dont mind fine dining also... -
if u (and her) like jipoonese food, go to ikoi or kuishinbo

actually we dont like to eat japanese food..
In fact we're quite picky when it comes to food...
Both of us dont eat things like Squids, Prawns, Lobsters, crabs etc etc... The reason we want to go vienna is because of the oysters and mussels, and some other misc meats... -

I have to add if you don't like seafood going to Carousel is a very bad idea coz I thought their meat & roast section really sux
