HDB parking summon

Got a HDB parking summon on 11 Feb 12 for parking at unloading bay near HDB blocks, email for appeal on the next day, few days later, got a reply saying my appeal was rejected. Reply the email on 15th feb again to ask them to reconsider my appeal again, saying that this is the first time I appeal for a parking offence, but the reply also rejected my re-appeal.
Don't know why HDB never give chance, moreover first time appeal. Last time few years ago got a parking summon, just paid up within 7 days. Seems like government need $$ to pay bonus now. Think have to find MP liao.

$100 fine. Excuses are hav to rush to toilet but spend longer time than usual, also first time appeal for a parking summon.

Should have went to your taxi company to appeal for you.... like CCOA (for CDG)... they are MORE POWDERFUL in their england....

MP Yaw get booted, guess you hv to pay or wait for the by election.First time paying is of course heart pain lah, but as you go along, paid this and that, you will get use to it, in fact, by that time, you will be more smarter to avoid it. What you expect from a fine city.
I park to eat roti prata also get fine $70, roti prata $1.60, net $71.60 for 2 roti pratas, knn more expensive than 4 season hotel ones. I park at loading bay, go give food and money to my old mother, come out $100 fine, knn, give mother also must contribute to govt coffer. Then, wife asked me to buy rice on way home, buy the discounted one from NTUC fairprice, only 2 days discount, park at double yellow, quickly go buy, Q up at counter, come out, $70 fines, knn instead of discount, become the most expensive rice.
Go back also never told wife, give her money, then she go cook, slowly eat one of the most expensive rich with eyes red red. What to do, you go tell MP, he said this and that, if everyone do not paid, how to define the rules and regulation, next time be more careful, blah blah......more lo soh than me.
Just paid and forget lah, after all the time wasted and running around looking for appeal and MP, not worth the $100. Next time see parking warden smoking or sleep in void deck, take picture of them, then stomp it

More worst are those kenna fines and demerit points, so consider this as learning curve in driving, just be wary of them lurking around.
If you dun pay, how to get 3 billion surplus in budget??

Nowadays the warden all very stealth, more stealth than the bomber 117... I relate to you a story, once when I was collecting my combi, I see a very pretty china girl in plain clothes. Then dunno from where, she just put on the white colour parking warden shirt and start giving summons. So please be careful, nowadays park kopitiam you never hear people shout car park lai Loh... Cause is they come n plain clothes and put on their shirt when they ready to give summons... No give chance one... Very hungry...

No need lah, this coming week got called up to drive casket van disposal to mount vernon, cry more to earn some tip, sometime I cried, the relative of the dead person also get shocked and asked me why I cry more than them, I told them, I feel very sad for them, but actually I cried because of the summons. knn -

Yah , must try to tell them u helping customer unload things go up house , took about 10minutes , if they dun believe , call Mr XXX with their NRIC and contact .Like i met up with Cash Lee , we sit at void deck also kena , both also never see Sally coming , kena liao , cannot delete from her database .
So foto Cash Lee NRIC front n back .... attached with electronic appeal , saying Mr Lee bought a heavy cabinet from Ikea , i help him to the house , customer service .
HDB accepted my appeal .

But as far as i experience , Loading and Unloading tough to appeal .
I stay my block park there also kena .
Cos that time my family bought grocery from Sheng Siong , many plastic bags , i brought everything up , came back with summon ticket on my windscreen .
So i photocopy Sheng Siong receipt , and my NRIC address . . . . appeal , also successful .
I screwed them up , taxi cannot unload stuff ? Must be van or lorry then can ? What law ?

I heard they got quotas, now alots of young malaysian doing it, energetic and one way ticket style.

That day at my house car park , kena one ticket , when proceeding to AXS to pay , sekali got 2 tickets for me , after checking , ticket number in consecutive sequence .
Like Hxxxx0001 my ticket , but another Hxxxx0002 in their database knn .
I fucked them up again .... waived off one , pay one .
Those Malaysian Car Park fellows cannot make it , always cock up .
Dun no if they were sent to course on how to use the machine .
Why i know Msian ? KNN riding on a Msia bike and give summons , phui .

Frankly this warden and TP alway like to summon taxis, van and lorries and pick up, all these are tan jia vehicles, why never give chance leh??
Like on the road, you see van, lorries, taxis, motorcycle get booked, but luxury cars like merc, BM speeding way above 100 get off with nothing, knn, I think these people think we good to makan.
Only in big operation, then you see private cars get summons, or someone driving above 180km at ECP

Just came back from TransCab , asking TransCab to give me my GPS location last month , cos my relief left and left me a summon to clear , $30 .
I buay song , fuck my ex-relief up , he said he never kena leh .
Time was 3 something , he returned at 3pm , on log card .
Indeed TransCab provide me with a GPS location , 2.58pm , taxi inside car park . 4pm then log on MDT again by me .
But summon from Jalan Teck Whye between 3pm and 4pm !
I started at 4pm . . . so no way taxi parked at CCK , summon at Jalan Teck Whye .
